Sales Department Support
- Assist the sales team with Prospect Client, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Track sales activities in Pipeline/Google Drive systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure alignment on client manpower requirements.
- Update the Cost Breakdown Format and Records.
- Update the Contract Format and Records.
- Follow up the Sales Account manager manpower request to Recruitment and Operations Department.
- Assist in training and orientation of Sales team members to Company standard
- Update the Sales Department Materials and Tools (One Drive & GDrive)
- Assist Sales team members to Necessary Tools, Equipment, Materials and supplies when onboarding (One Drive & GDrive)
- Assist Sales Account Manager to Supplies and Equipment Proposal making
Inhouse Group/Client Support
- Prospecting Client (1 project)
- Assist in making Cost Breakdown Proposal, Supplies & Materials, And Equipment & tools allocation proposal
- Assist in making Contract
- Updating in Prospect Journey Drive
- Assist in existing Inhouse Client contract Renewal
- Update Sales and Billing Drive (Client end to end reference)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including collecting required information and coordinating Go live activities.
- Assist client request for New or additional manpower
- Assist client for escalation of concern to other department
- Sending email for Internal Standard Updates
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, billing details, client interactions, and manpower deployment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client contractual requirements.
- Safekeeping Clients 201 Files
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to match candidates with client needs.
- Follow up on candidate mobilization, deployment, and replacement requests.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolving billing issues.
Market & Competitor Awareness
- Assist in researching market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Support Sales Department initiatives
- Research and updates Salary Matrix
Materials Management
- Handling and request Sales Department Supplies
- Handling and request sales department Brochure, Flyers and Business Card
- Handling and request sales department Equipment and materials request
- Handling and creations of company profile (Hard Copy)
Other Task
- Daily Report of Concern Board Updates in Messenger Group Chat
- Weekly creation of Sales Report
- Monthly creation of Sales Report
- Directly Report the Activities to Managing Director and Sales Manager
- Weekly Report of Sales Activity to President
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
- Must be (4) Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in SALES or HR is required for this position.
- Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Goal oriented, hardworking and likes to travel.
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
