Position Title: Business Development Executive

Work Set-up: Work From Home

Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 50,000

Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM


Our client has been in digital marketing since 2009, building cost-efficient websites for small and medium sized enterprises out of Florida. The client’s business focus is to help SMEs to grow their business and connect with the customer’s audience through the variety of services and customizable solutions they offer.


Responsibilities:

• Perform End to End sales process, including "closing" of deals/ businesses

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and social media.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Appointment Setting and doing cold calling when needed

• Develop and maintain a lead database in CRM software, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by establishing strong relationships with prospects.

• Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.

• Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Continuously improve lead generation strategies by leveraging data and feedback.


Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a BDE or a similar role.

• End to End B2B Sales Experience, and proven experience as "Closer"

• Proficient in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.

• Experience working with international Digital Marketing company or similar to what we do is a plus

• Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and market research techniques.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within B2B industries.
