As our new Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind Crayon Philippines’ revenue generation and responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.


This role requires a deep understanding of the market, highly effective leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will be working closely with the General Manager to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy and contribute to the company’s success in the Philippines market.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand market share in the Philippines
  • Leading, managing and creating an environment that motivates and promotes a high-performing sales team, building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service that deliver results and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with Microsoft and other key vendors, ensuring a high frequency of collaboration and growth opportunities


You will also assume full responsibility for achieving targets across all sales channels, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue growth: Percentage increase in overall revenue compared to the previous quarter/year
  • Sales target achievement: Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded


Your Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in sales executive leadership, in the technology sector combined with 5+ years of experience in IT solution selling
  • Demonstrated Cloud solutions experience (mainly focused on Azure & AWS), security solutions and SAM, ITSM
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a high-performing sales team and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business development strategies, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Ability to accurately forecast business performance, sales pipelines and drive revenue
