- Generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Presenting and selling our products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
- Civil Engineer or Fresh Graduate on related course.
- Marketing Graduate with background in construction industry
- Proven Sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- At least 1 year experience in the same industry (retroffiting/waterproofing) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
