We are looking for a Machine Salesman who will be responsible for driving the growth of our used equipment and used parts business by building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers through on-site and phone-based lead generation and solicitation.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable equipment solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring compliance with internal company policies.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment availability and delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and strategic account management.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements, sales activities, and customer interactions.

1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, industrial or automotive.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field is preferred.

3. Skills and competencies:

• Knowledge of PDCA concepts, Root Cause Analysis Tools, and Action Planning is highly desirable
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
