Description

  • Team Leadership and Development: Track performances, train, and mentor salespeople
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales quotas and goals, and manage the sales process.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales team performance, track sales data, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Lead generation: generate leads that salespeople can close
