Engages and establishes link and personality with all Developers, RMX, Contractor, and Precast accounts to have an influence on the brand specification and pricing to increase: a. Probability to Win projects; b. Share of Wallet (SoW) in project requirements - silo allocation (RMX); and c. Commercial Margin (incorporate solutions/support in pricing)
Understands the business dynamics of industrial partners, their target market, and the goal drivers of the candidate’s own company. Creates “win-win” situations for all parties, has the ability to recognize when this is not possible, and has the diplomacy and tact to deal with the consequential changes that would be required in the industrial structure
Prepares all data necessary within his scope for thorough analysis, strategy conceptualization, and execution in his area for alignment with the business direction and requirements
Drives and advocates the sustainability initiatives of the company to the assigned set of key accounts and with the construction industry stakeholders in general
Conducts advanced technical selling to industrial partners and conducts technical discussions and trial mix assistance to customers for product acceptance
Handles logistics and delivery management to serve the customers efficiently with analysis and considerations on the cost implications of the delivery mode and strategy for his customers
Forecasts sales volume, selling price, and market share based on market conditions of the concerned sales area
Sells and distributes cement based on an approved selling price to an industrial network to attain the desired profitability, volume, and price of assigned set of key accounts and/or market share for the sales area
Maintains proper account management of receivables through a sustained collection of collaterals and payments on invoices, including Customer Withholding Taxes (CWT), application of credit memos, and others
Knows the advanced cement products applications know-how to be able to sell a combination of cement, aggregates, and allied products and solutions (e.g. OPC, Excel EcoPlanet, Solido, Optimo, DryMix) to give the customers the right products for the right applications
Develops and maintains good customer relationships with the different employees and stakeholders of all the industrial customers to ensure sustainability of business and ensures all customer issues are resolved at all times
Recommends and implements marketing incentives and acts as a resource person for the development of marketing incentives in the area
Requirements:
College graduate with a degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or any Business-related course
Minimum of three (3) years of sales-related experience in concrete, cement, or any construction-related products
Exposure to solution selling and value creation
Having advanced key management skills and experience in P&L (Profit and Loss) Management is a plus
Driver’s license (non-professional)
