Description
- Lead and supervise daily activities of the sales team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance
- Set and track sales targets for individual representatives and the team as a whole
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TELCO and broadband products and promotions
- Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate, college level or degree holder (any field)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales (team lead experience is a plus)
- Industry Experience: Preferred background in telecommunications, broadband, or similar industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Results-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA area
- Proficiency in using basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage
