Description
- Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data.
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
- Gathering customer requests and requirements.
- Acknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the same.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
- Assisting in generating potential leads and prospect clients
- Coordinating with internal and external team members.
Requirements
- College graduate of any 4 years course.
- Proven work experience in the Sales industry as a Seller or a similar role (preferably in Food Service)
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Willingness to work in a competitive environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- With valid driver's license and knows how to ride a motorcycle
