Description
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for outsourcing services
- Present and promote Palladium’s services to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in outsourcing or BPO services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
