- Drive sales growth through effective prospecting and relationship building.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to share customer feedback and insights.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, outgoing, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
