- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products or services
