Position Title: Sales Officer

Location: Lot 9 Block 14-15 J.R. Cruz Aurora Blvd. Subd. Maysilo, Malabon, 1477 Malabon City Reports To: CEO & CFO

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Prospecting and Pitching

• Assist in identifying potential clients through research and lead generation.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to pitch the company's freight/trucking services.
• Support in preparing and customizing pitch decks or proposals tailored to client needs.
• Help communicate service offerings, pricing, and operational capabilities clearly and persuasively.

Sales Support and Coordination

• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and delivery timelines.

Customer Relationship Management

• Support account management by maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with logistics and transport regulations in client documentation.

Market and Competitor Research

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support the sales team in staying competitive.
• Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to help improve service offerings or sales strategies. Internal Communication
• Communicate with other departments (e.g., dispatch, billing, operations) to relay client requirements and ensure timely service delivery. Marketing Support
• Assist in creating basic marketing materials such as flyers, service brochures, and email campaigns.
• Help manage social media pages or online listings by posting updates, promotions, or success stories.
• Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns or events targeting new and existing clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in sales or logistics-related roles.
• Experience in a freight forwarding, trucking, or transport company is a strong advantage.
