Role: Outbound Cruise Sales Representative

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Ortigas

Schedule: Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers, and prospective clients to discuss available cruise options and leave voice message to clients
  • Educate clients on cruise packages, itineraries, and current promotions to match their needs and interests
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing bookings and securing deposits
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and address any questions or concerns
  • Accurately record client interactions and update customer information in the system
  • Stay up to date on cruise industry trends, seasonal promotions, and product knowledge to effectively answer questions
  • Display personality, Drive, Energy, Passion that comes through the phone


Qualification and requirements:

  • At least 6 months pure outbound BPO sales experience
  • Call center and phone sales experience highly preferred
  • Cruise & travel experience preferred
  • Verifiable track record of success in a sales role
  • Comfortable taking outbound member calls
  • Communication skills to help explain the products and services to the members
  • Ability to be successful in a performance, commission and bonus driven environment
  • Passion to help members, co-workers and growth of the company
  • Positive mindset and adaptive in changes
  • Flexible Availability - Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules
  • Outstanding background record from previous company

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Call center and phone sales experience highly preferred
  • Cruise & travel experience preferred
  • Strictly work onsite arrangement
  • Not working students
  • Staying near the office – or willing to relocate
