- Greet customers, provide information, and assist with product selection
- Offer personalized skincare advice based on skin type, concerns, and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Promote and sell cosmetic and skincare products to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations to explain features and benefits.
- Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare products, industry trends, and new product information.
- Educate customers on product usage, ingredients, and benefits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment, including shelves and product displays.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 months sales experience on skincare products or any related sales experience
- At least highschool graduate
- Good communication skills
- Charming
- Spontaneous
