- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for clients.
- Analyze account performance and report on key metrics.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, teamwork, and communication skills, along with competencies in sales support, management, training, and CRM.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, provide sales support, conduct training, and maintain customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, collaborative team setting with potential travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
