Sales Representative (B2B SALES)

Job Description
- Develop and manage institutional sales accounts by executing sales strategies, meeting targets, negotiating orders, and monitoring KPIs and revenues.
- Coordinate with Marketing and store managers on promotional plans, campaigns, events, and sell-in programs aligned with company goals.
- Monitor inventory forecasts, identify slow-moving items, manage Accounts Receivables, and address sales or operational issues promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships through cold calling, resolving concerns, conducting needs analysis, and submitting reports on customer and competitor activity.
- Prepare and submit required documents, including activity plans, inventory forecasts, SWOT/feedback reports, post-event reports, and expense reports.
