Description
- Will assign on clinic base and participates in the development of sales strategies.
- Relationship building with Doctors and Nurses inside the clinic.
- Establish and promote strong brand awareness and positioning in the Philippine ASC and Multi Speciality Clinic Market
- Maintains professionalism and business ethics in carrying out all sales activities. Methods should always be in keeping with the Company’s brand and image.
- Plans, organizes and implements participation in fairs and trade shows. Researches, recommends and plans for local and international promotional opportunities and will handle medical devices.
- Ensure all sales materials and presentations are in order.
- Attends meetings, conferences, exhibits and events relevant to the industry, and for networking.
- Responds to sales inquiries, entertains potential clients, assists with concerns and questions of new clients.
- Generate sales from targeted customers within the assigned area meeting monthly and annual quota
- Coordinates and communicates with other departments to achieve the objectives of the company
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- No work experience required as part as willing to learn
- Must show eagerness and desire to be in sales
- Must live in or near, or be willing to relocate to assigned territory or account(s)
- Must be coachable
- Must possess problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities
- Must be a proven team player
- Must be personable/likeable
- Must present a professional appearance
