Responsible for managing and training the sales team in the area

Establish sales plans and targets to ensure performance outcomes are met

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients

Analyze market changes and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner

Regularly report sales data and provide recommendations for improvement

Basic salary of 15,000; if sales exceed 10 units, a reward of 3,000 will be given, totaling 18,000

For every 10 TVs sold, a reward of 100 will be given, and for every monitor sold, a reward of 50 will be given
