- Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate products to attract customer interest and increase sales.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product information, and assist them in making purchase decisions.
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Arrange and maintain product displays, ensuring items are properly labeled, priced, and well-stocked.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate restocking when necessary.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to management.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the display area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordination: Work closely with the store team and sales supervisors to execute promotions and marketing campaigns.
