Description
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing B2B clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
- Provide accurate and timely product information and quotations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of combined experience in sales and customer service
- At least high school graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Proficient in using CRM tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
