- Responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support.
- Process SO for customer for customer’s order
- Handles gate pass request to customers/clients
- Coordinate to logistics for delivery concerns
- Coordinate to procurement for customer order concern
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Ensure all client information is correct
- Processes Accreditation for Clients
