Description

A Salesforce Architect will build and manage the SDCF business and provide

organizational and process insight on growing the SFDC practice. Will design and deliver

solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. The primary

responsibility is to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and

articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another. This role will work

closely with stakeholders including the client`s and internal development team, Technical

Managers, Solutions Consultants, Project sponsors, Managing Directors, and will report

directly to the Chief Technology Officer.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Built the SDCF business and will provide organizational and process insight on growing the SFDC practice.

• Coordinate with the other departments to grow this BU.

• Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan

• Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.

• Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.

• Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.

• Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.

• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.

• Has the ability to spot, probe, and identify fixes with regard to structural issues or roadblocks within the organization, both in the technical and functional team

• Provide guidance to clients on the design, architecture, and how to scale their journey to the new technology trends

• Initiate and advocate investments with the client especially on digital transformation and modernization.

• Reinforce guidelines and advocate the mindset as business operators and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization with respect to the department and client’s agenda.

• Continuous learning on trends and technologies in order to remain relevant in the team

and in the organization.

• Provide and secure real time feedback from stakeholders to inspire continuous development and improvement in the role and as an individual.

• Prepare, manage, and publish all required materials, documentation, and reports as requested by the but not limited to the Managing Director, ExeCom, Client counterparts and stakeholders

Build and establish a strong relationship with client and stakeholders:

• Advocate the goals and objectives of Operations and Engineering to the business

• Efficiently drives weekly and ad hoc meeting engagements while building the reputation of the organization

• Execute skill or competency gap analysis among teams and work on developing and planning training programs to educate teams on building skills and relevant technology know-how in order to maintain high performance across teams.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or

Salesforce Certified System Architect.

• With at least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or architect.

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and technologies such as Salesforce

Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
