- Manage incoming calls and schedule healthcare appointments for patients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their appointments.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate scheduling and availability.
- Maintain and update patient records in the scheduling system.
- Respond to patient inquiries and follow up on appointment confirmations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced healthcare environment
