Job Description
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Management
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, reports, and other documents.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of management, taking notes and recording minutes
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of management, reviews content determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years experience as Executive Assistant or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Application.
