We are seeking a proactive and highly capable Executive Secretary to support our General Manager. This is an entry-level position with a clear career growth path towards Assistant General Manager (AGM) and eventually General Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and demonstrates leadership potential, analytical thinking, and the ability to contribute to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the daily schedules and appointments of the General Manager.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for business operations.
Support new business development initiatives through research, analysis, and coordination.
Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and act proactively to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, secretarial, or executive assistant roles.
