Our Client

In this position, you will be a member of the Yempo Administration team, actively supporting the day to day running of our business.

To be considered for this role, you will have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with great attention to detail and a track record of confident communication with foreigners and bookkeeping for a Philippine Domestic corporation.

This is a contract role lasting 4-5 months.

Your Responsibilities

Recording and tracking the financial transactions of the company
Filing of tax returns and submission of necessary attachments
Processing payment of government remittances (PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, SSS)
Preparation of purchase orders and processing weekly payments
Coordinate with suppliers as to payments
Reconciliation of both receivables and payables accounts
Assists Finance Manager on tasks being delegated

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related course
Have excellent knowledge of the local taxation system
Have extensive bookkeeping experience in a domestic corporation
Knowledge on BIR and SEC updates
Be very well organized, particularly in relation to recordkeeping and filing
Have experience working and communicating regularly with foreigners
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using QuickBooks Online accounting software
Experience using Business Central is an advantage
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
