Analyze and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, identifying necessary changes
Manage requirements from elicitation to verification, ensuring alignment with business goals
Translate Epics into Features & Stories, working closely with Architects & Product Owners
Engage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive decision-making
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Provide technical guidance to developers, creating clear solution patterns and best practices

Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Proficiency with Basic Java (able to code), RestAPI, and Solution Design
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
Strong expertise in requirements management, solution design, and process analysis
Experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple business and IT functions (Retail Banking experience preferred)
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
