We’re looking for a strategic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead their brand’s growth—crafting compelling campaigns, optimizing their digital footprint, and engaging audiences across B2B and B2C markets. You’ll spearhead initiatives in SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics, ensuring every effort aligns with their vision. With a focus on innovation and measurable impact, you’ll collaborate with a global team while reporting directly to leadership in Australia.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the strategic digital campaign. Design and implement data-driven digital marketing initiatives (B2B/B2C) to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Curate platform-specific content calendars for social media, foster community interaction, and amplify reach through targeted campaigns.
  • Spearhead and optimize WordPress site enhancements, focusing on SEO, usability, and conversion-driven design.
  • Monitor KPIs across SEM, organic traffic, and paid campaigns/performance analytics, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
  • Supervise the production of multimedia assets—from graphics to video and copy—ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Maximize ROI by strategically allocating marketing spend across channels and tools.
  • Train and guide junior marketers, promoting skill growth and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Document and optimize marketing workflows through SOPs to improve scalability and efficiency.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Portfolio of work in digital marketing
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in crafting and executing digital strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge in website management; WordPress proficiency is ideal
  • Must have an eye for brand consistency—bonus points if you have skills in graphic design, video editing, or copywriting.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies for better results.
  • Always staying ahead of trends, experimenting with new tools, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills—you can translate data into actionable insights.
