WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US:

Vendor Management is a global function with representation in the Philippines, Denmark and Poland. The position is located in Manila, the Philippines, as a part of Group Procurement, where Vendor Management is organized. Vendor Management consists of two teams where the IT Vendor Performance Management is located in in Manila and IT Vendor Relationship Management is located in Warsaw, Poland.

The IT Vendor Performance Management Consultant ensures that the vendors are meeting performance expectations and obligations. IT Vendor Performance Management Consultant monitors the day-to-day vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations over contract lifetime. The IT Vendor Performance Management Consultant examines the measured results for problem determination and root-cause analysis, and works with the vendors on continuous improvement, taking appropriate actions to correct failed activities, functions, and processes.

Contracts under management will vary in scope and criticality. The role is reporting to the Head of Vendor Management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Support on Simcorp Vendor

The Vendor Performance team provides progressive and proactive services to maintain contract value/compliance throughout the contract life cycle.

The IT Vendor Performance Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Enable vendor performance management, monitor scheduled performance metrics and share key performance insights with Simcorp leadership via updates and monthly reviews.
  • Ensure vendor service quality against contracted service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) by conducting regular audits, calibration sessions and quality reviews, sharing data-driven insights and feedback with vendor management and central Simcorp teams, and holding the responsible entities accountable to make improvements.
  • Build effective collaborative partner relationships with vendor, communicating strict expectations for delivering against program-specific contract terms while providing appropriate support, best practices, and guidance.

Supporting Simcorp Customers

  • Ensure delivery of third-Party compliance and risk management obligations to SimCorp Customers
  • Produce data and content driven responses to customer compliance activities in the form of questionnaires, projects and audits.
  • Tracking status and progress for third party risk management controls on SimCorp Customers.

You already have experience with outsourcing, regulatory compliance and procurement contracts, from FinTech. You are structured, service minded, detail and quality oriented.

  • A relevant Bachelor degree would be beneficial.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing complex vendors and contracts.
  • Broad understanding of Information Technology.
  • Structured, reliable and with drive
  • Very good analytical and language skills (English)
  • Take ownership and initiatives, challenge and propose
  • Ability to summarize and communicate complex and detailed matters
  • Focus on completing tasks and delivering services efficiently
  • With comprehensive experience from the Banking industry or a highly regulated environment
  • Shift is flexible between APAC and EMEA hours.
