The Opportunity:


NCC Group are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our team. The Salesforce Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. This role involves managing a team of Business Analyst and Technical Consultants and collaborating with various stakeholders in different regions to ensure that the Salesforce solution aligns with business objectives and delivers maximum value. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in an Agile environment.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of the Salesforce product roadmap for all business units within NCC Group.
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimised for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Oversee an agile team of Business Analysts and Technical Consultants, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organisation.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the Salesforce platform.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing a team of Business Analysts and Technical Consultants.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.


Desirable Requirements:

  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
  • Knowledge of other CRM platforms and tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Additional certifications in related technologies.
