We are currently looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of SEO to lead our organic acquisition efforts across global markets.

Position Overview

As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives high-quality traffic and improves organic visibility for our gaming platforms. You will lead keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams in content, development, and product.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong technical and analytical capabilities, and ideally, experience in the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute the company’s global SEO strategy across multiple domains and markets

● Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements

● Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-opportunity terms and content gaps

● Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO-driven content in collaboration with writers and content leads

● Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, internal linking, and metadata optimization

● Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, crawl stats, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar

● Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry best practices, and trends in iGaming SEO

● Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align SEO goals with business objectives and campaigns

● Identify and mitigate SEO risks while ensuring all practices follow ethical and compliant standards

● Minimum 3–5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a digital-first or iGaming environment

● Strong understanding of technical SEO, content marketing, and backlink strategies

● Fluent, professional-level English is a must (both written and spoken)

● Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

● Experience managing and optimizing content for high-volume websites

● Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure from an SEO perspective ● Strong project management, communication, and reporting skills

● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

● Experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred
