Requirements:

•Graduate of any degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical), any technical vocational course or equivalent.

•Willing to conduct field service within and outside Cebu (Visayas area) in the Philippines.

•With Driving Skills is a plus. (Motorcycle and 4 wheel Vehicle)

•Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

•Familiarity with tools and applications

•English literacy

•Ability to work independently and to adapt to changing work schedules

•People oriented with high customer service skills, motivated and hardworking.

Job Description:

• Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

• Identify specific parts needed to clarify the problem.

• Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.

•Produce timely and detailed service reports

•Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

•Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

•Build positive relationships with customers

•Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs/troubleshooting and replacements

•Read and understand technical manuals, schematic diagram for equipment operations and maintenances.

•Perform other related task when need arises.
