- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Ensure product quality by performing regular inspections.
- Maintain equipment according to safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Document production data for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Participate in training sessions for skill development.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, project management, planning, and supply chain management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment with possible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
