Description
- Installation of network equipment such as Mikrotik Edge Router, Point-to-Point wireless, D-Link, Zyxel, and related software.
- Maintenance and repair of IT network equipment.
- Required skills: Windows OS, network troubleshooting, PC/Desktop troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting various computer and network issues
- Setup and network cabling.
- Providing technical support
- Management and monitoring of ICT equipment and devices.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in IT or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in network troubleshooting & desktop support
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient use of computing resources
- Familiar with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Preferably with experience in IT/Computer Hardware/Network
- willing to relocate if necessary; we have staff house.
