- Sewing Operation – Operate industrial or manual sewing machines to assemble garments or fabric products.
- Pattern Following – Follow design patterns, measurements, or instructions for each sewing task.
- Quality Inspection – Check each item for defects, misalignment, or stitching issues before and after sewing.
- Fabric Handling – Cut, align, and prepare fabrics properly to ensure precision.
- Machine Maintenance – Clean and maintain sewing equipment to ensure proper function.
- Production Support – Assist in meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Sewing Experience – Prior experience as a sewer, tailor, or garment worker is preferred.
- Machine Knowledge – Ability to operate various sewing machines.
- Attention to Detail – High level of precision and quality awareness in stitching and fabric handling.
- Hand-Eye Coordination – Excellent motor skills for consistent sewing output.
- Time Management – Ability to follow production schedules and manage work efficiently.
- Team Player – Willing to work with others in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
