Description
- As the Chief Operating Officer of Mega Fortune International Trade Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's operational strategy.
- You will need to optimize supply chain management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with domestic and international partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Lead the team to achieve performance targets and drive continuous growth for the company.
- Monitor market dynamics to provide strategic support for company decision-making.
Requirements
- Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of an associate degree
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the daily operational management of the company, including but not limited to human resources, financial budgeting, and project management
- Working Conditions: Must possess strong stress resistance and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of motivating the team to achieve high work efficiency
