We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and an understanding of engineering principles. You will work closely with the General Manager for Product Development and a team of Engineers to manage multiple complex projects, from initial concept through to delivery.

• Support and manage multiple concurrent engineering and product development projects.
• Work directly with the Product Development General Manager and engineering team to create and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Develop project templates and scheduling tools to streamline planning and execution across projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project coordination, including planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, and risk management.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Monitor milestones, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to project management
• standards and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (required).
• Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or managing integrated schedules for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering and/or product development lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, or similar scheduling tools)
