Primary Role Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Smart Contract Engineer to join our core team. If you graduated from a top-tier Chinese university (Project 985 or 211), have a deep interest in cryptography, finance, and distributed systems, and are eager to tackle challenging technical problems, we look forward to receiving your resume. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Design, and Blockchain Engineering teams to develop the next generation of decentralized applications (DApps) and RWA-enabled financial protocols, providing users with high-performance, intuitive interaction experiences.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain on-chain protocols that support RWA asset issuance, settlement, interest distribution, and secondary market trading.

2. Develop complex financial logic related to RWA assets, including but not limited to interest rate models, risk control mechanisms, compliance checks, and asset redemption workflows.

3. Write high-quality, readable, and rigorously audited smart contract code, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.

Work Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a Project 985 or 211 university, majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field. Only serious applicants will be considered.

2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development, with strong interest and knowledge in the DeFi and RWA sectors.

3. Project Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Solidity contracts; experience with finance-related contracts (e.g., lending, derivatives, asset management) is a plus.

4. Technical Stack: Proficient in Solidity with solid understanding of gas optimization and security best practices; proficient in at least one non-smart contract language, preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, for developing supporting tools and test scripts.

5. Protocol Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap V2/V3, AAVE, Compound) and the ability to analyze their design trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in Mathematics or Financial Engineering, capable of understanding and implementing complex financial models and interest rate calculations.

2. Experience contributing to notable Web3 projects or open-source communities.

3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; rigorous logical thinking; high standards for code quality and best practices; ability to quickly adapt to the latest DeFi and RWA trends and industry developments; efficient in remote work and collaboration.
