Description
- Create and manage content across social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze performance metrics and report insights to the team.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in multimedia design, adept in various social media platforms, strong writing and editing skills, knowledge of publishing and drafting techniques.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, effective communicator, and adaptable to changing trends.
