Description

The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and online presence. This role combines creative design with social media management, requiring the ability to craft compelling visuals and content that align with marketing objectives and brand identity.



Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing goals.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach, conversions).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.


Graphic Design & Creative

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including social media posts, digital ads, posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, and videos.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Support photography and videography needs, or execute them when required.
  • Create visuals for campaigns, promotions, events, and internal communications.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in both social media management and graphic design.
  • Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
  • Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
