- One of our clients is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SMM/Marketing VA to support digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, and branding, with a strong understanding of AI tools to streamline tasks. This role will focus on managing social media, optimizing lead-generation efforts, and assisting with marketing strategies.
- The SMM/Marketing VA will work closely with the client to execute a strategic digital marketing plan that enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and generates leads.

Social Media Management & Engagement:
- Manage and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Post regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to maintain an active online presence.
- Utilize AI tools (i.e., social media scheduling and optimization tools) to streamline content distribution.
- Research and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
LinkedIn Lead Generation & Management:
- Implement and manage LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns to attract new clients.
- Conduct targeted prospect outreach and engage with potential leads through direct messages.
- Respond to LinkedIn messages and follow up professionally to nurture relationships.
Content Creation (Video, Graphics & Copywriting):
- Edit videos, including repurposing interviews, testimonials, and key insights into short-form content (i.e., reels, shorts).
- Create high-quality graphics for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials (i.e., graphic design tools).
- Write compelling copy for social media and marketing materials that align with brand messaging.
- Assist in repurposing educational content into lead magnets (i.e., PDFs, guides, blog posts).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation, ad performance).
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies (i.e., analytics and reporting tools).
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership:
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Assist in developing key messaging and storytelling content that strengthens brand authority.
- Support thought leadership efforts, speaking engagements, and guest content opportunities by creating promotional materials and repurposing key content.
Pay: 850 + $55 Allowance per month
Employment type: Full Time
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (i.e., AI-powered content automation, graphic design, and social media tools).
- Ability to edit videos (i.e., video editing software).
- Experience with online advertising and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and branding skills with a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with broader marketing goals.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Amenable to working Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
