Role Outline:

As a Technical Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and building the next generation of our enterprise applications. You'll lead the charge in defining the technical vision, from the overarching system architecture down to the nitty-gritty details of how our applications integrate, interact, and perform across a multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design robust, end-to-end technical architectures for large-scale enterprise applications, focusing on integration patterns, system interactions, and infrastructure requirements across AWS, Azure, and Huawei Cloud.
• Drive the adoption of AWS and Kubernetes to optimize our cloud infrastructure. You'll set best practices for container orchestration, microservices, and multi-cloud resilience, ensuring our systems meet high standards for availability, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Guide our engineering teams in building secure, scalable systems using technologies like Java, React, and PostgreSQL. You'll define the technical standards for APIs, event-driven architectures, and data management.
• Translate business needs into a clear technical roadmap by partnering with engineering, DevOps, and product teams. You will also mentor and coach developers, conduct architecture reviews, and evaluate new tools and platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our banking and financial clients, helping them with cloud adoption, modernization, and performance optimization while ensuring all designs are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Deep Expertise in AWS: Extensive hands-on experience with core AWS services, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and networking and security services.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Proven experience with Kubernetes, including designing, deploying, scaling, and monitoring containerized applications.
• Architectural Acumen: A track record of architecting and implementing large-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure and/or Huawei Cloud.
• Proficiency in Java, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with financial and security compliance standards
