Job Description:

1. Responsible for the overall technical strategy planning, system architecture design, and R&D management of the exchange, ensuring platform security, stability, and high-concurrency processing capabilities.
2. Lead the core development and iterative optimization of blockchain infrastructure, wallet systems, trading engines, and risk control frameworks.
3. Build and manage a high-caliber technical team, driving technological innovation and fostering efficient collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Over 8 years of experience in internet or fintech technology, including at least 3 years in a CTO or technical leadership role.
2. Possess one of the following backgrounds:

• Technical leadership experience in core projects at renowned internet companies (e.g., Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance).
• Experience in technical architecture design and implementation at a leading Web3 exchange or blockchain platform.

1. Expertise in blockchain technology, distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and security measures, with in-depth understanding of DeFi and cross-chain solutions.
2. A strong sense of responsibility and strategic vision, adaptable to a fast-paced industry environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building a large-scale trading system from the ground up or successfully handling high-concurrency scenarios.
