Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations align with the overall project goals and client expectations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software solutions being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.
