Description

  • Ensure SOFA QAs conform to 5JQA standards and processes
  • Monitor RTM. ACs are mapped to Test Cases
  • Monitor existence of Test Artifacts
  • Monitor existence of testing status reports
  • Evaluate/Assess QA KPI and bug rate per release
  • Manage Live Payment Testing (if applicable)
  • Collaborates well with the QA Governance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced in both Agile/Waterfall software development method.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail
