We are looking for a Web Application Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead web-based projects from inception to deployment. This role combines project management, technical leadership, and system architecture expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and optimized for performance.

About the Job

• Solutions Architect, by nature, is someone who is comfortable presenting solutions to customers and manages projects with the developer team.
• For example, if a client has issues with processes in their business, the Solutions Architect should be able to understand the customer's needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and present them effectively to ensure efficient operations.

• The Solutions Architect's responsibility is to discuss plans and solutions with customers in layman’s terms, then coordinate their requests with the developers to achieve the desired outcome.
• Examples of Responsibilities:
• Discuss solutions for the client's product needs.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure the desired outcome for the customer.
• Translate the requirement from customer’s perspective to development team’s point of view
• Prepare project details and delivery timeline
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed about the project's progress.
• At times, simultaneously manage multiple projects.

• Key Responsibilities
• Project & Team Management
• Oversee web projects, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between developers, UX/UI teams, and stakeholders.
• Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy
• Define system architecture, APIs, and database structures in collaboration with developers.
• Ensure best practices in scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance on cloud-based deployments, particularly on AWS and WHM/cPanel.
• Integration Expertise
• Lead API integration projects with third-party enterprise solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and develop workarounds for technical roadblocks.
• Performance Optimization
• Optimize eCommerce and SaaS applications for high-traffic performance and reliability.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and database performance tuning strategies.

Your Qualification

Must Have/s:

• Proven experience in web application project management and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technology stacks, API integrations, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, WHM/cPanel, and cloud hosting environments.
• Ability to define and manage system architecture, API strategies, and database structures.
• Experience in high-traffic web application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Trello.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, development teams, and business units.
• Experience in SEO/SEM optimization for eCommerce or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to machine learning-based recommendation engines and data-driven UX/UI optimizations.
