We are seeking a detail-oriented SOX Documentation Testing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in testing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) in accordance with SOX compliance. Additional skill sets and experience from roles within functions of internal audit, compliance, IT audits, or financial statement audit will be considered. This role focuses on managing and conducting the testing o documentation related to ICFR for SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation, analyzing occurrences and ensuring adherence to the process and controls, documentation of testing results, and presentation of materials for reporting and submission processes. This role involves collaboration with the direct reports of this position, as well as with various process and control owners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in SOX testing, with a focus on documentation accuracy and submission processes.
• Strong understanding of ICFR, SOX compliance requirements and standards (i.e. COSO Framework)
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in documentation management and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in reporting to overseas parent companies is preferred.
• Certifications related to SOX compliance or internal auditing are a plus but not mandatory (i.e. CPA, CIA, CISA)
• Proficiency in Google Suites products (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
