Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations and staff management
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train and mentor new employees
- Monitor sales performance and meet store targets
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a retail supervisory role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong supervisory and leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory.
