Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Prepare reports on sales performance and store operations
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, reliable, and a team player.
